This well mannered lady would make a lovely broodmare, low level dressage horse or show hunter and can also jump. I bought her to ride with my children but find I just don't have the time or energy and she is wasted in the paddock. She is exceptionally quiet to handle, with my young children able to do anything with her, and is a very good 'do-er', needing just hay to maintain her condition. She is good to ride out on the roads, excellent to shoe, trim with the clippers, and worm, is up to date with her teeth, floats beautifully and will stand tied up for a week without complaint! I have loaned her to novice lead-rein riders for pony club. She is better suited to a rider with experience as even though she is ridiculously quiet on the ground, she is a bold moving horse- although my 10yo daughter can trot and canter her on the lunge with no problem. She is not a horse that needs regular work- I can jump straight onto her after weeks off. She moves well off the leg, and I think somewhere back she has been quite well educated. She comes with both summer and winter rugs, exercise boots and bridle. Her county saddle can be sold by negotiation, but I can hold onto it for my children later.
